If you’re having trouble (a) creating a new account, or (b) updating your payment details, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check your inputs
Our forms are setup to validate user inputs, so please make sure all of the information you enter into the form is correct. Common mistakes include:
- Forgetting to fill-in a required field
- Leaving a space in your email
- Trying to use passwords that don’t match
- Omitting numbers in your credit card details
- Failing to check ‘Same as billing address’ when your addresses match.
2. Don’t leave the page open
If you spend too long on a given page, this can cause your browser session to expire. If this happens, you’ll most likely see an error message that reads: “Sorry, we’re unable to process your request at this time.”
If you see this error message, please press the form submission button to re-submit your request. If that doesn’t work, please refresh the page and try again.
3. Watch out for auto-fill
Most web browsers will attempt to automatically fill-in web forms for you, but the information being used can sometimes be incorrect. It’s always a good idea to double-check your auto-fill details before hitting submit.
4. Refresh your browser
Sometimes refreshing your browser window is the best way to fix a problem. If steps 1-3 aren’t working for you, please try to refresh.
5. Clear your cache
If all else fails, please try clearing your browser’s cache. Please note, clearing your browser’s cache may delete things like your internet history, cached images, passwords and more.
Here’s how to clear your cache on popular web browsers:
