If you have forgotten the password for your AOW Data SIM account, click here to reset your password. You will need to enter the email address associated with your account and then click Reset.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you can't find the email in your inbox, check your spam folder.
If your email is not recognized or if you do not remember the email address associated with your AOW account, please submit a request through our Care Helpdesk for assistance. You will need to provide your current SIM card number so that we are able to locate your account.
If you have forgotten the password for your AOW Apple SIM account, click on the Forgot Password link directly on your iPad in order to reset it.
