Yes. You can schedule the start date and time for your plan while configuring your plan details.
For instance, you can choose to have your plan start on the date that you begin your travels, or if you need to top up an existing plan, you can choose a date and time that coincides with the end time of your current plan.
You are also able to choose the time zone you'd like your plan to activate in, so ensure you have chosen the corresponding time zone for your destination.
Alternatively, you can choose to have your plan begin immediately following your order being processed. To do so, please select the box that says Start Plan Now on the "Schedule Your Plan" page of the top up flow.
No, you will not be able to choose when your plan begins. Your plan will start immediately after the checkout process is complete. You will receive an email confirmation of your order, and see an on-screen confirmation of your iPad being configured.
The plan expiry date is set based on the plan start date, and will vary depending on the length of plan purchased.
