If you don’t see AOW listed, try troubleshooting with these steps:
- Make sure you are in a country where we offer service. Check our coverage map.
- Ensure that you have an Apple SIM either embedded or properly inserted in your device, and that the SIM is not locked to one carrier. For example, if you activate an AT&T plan on your iPad, your Apple SIM will be dedicated to AT&T's network. Your iPad remains unlocked, so you can buy another Apple SIM.
